This type of class offers a new and exciting approach to your sports training. I have carefully compiled the group exercises from exercises and lessons that I practice myself or have taken over from elite squash players. This type of lesson is great for comparing the skills of two or more players.

Several times a year we organize both planned and individual squash camps – winter and summer, weekly and weekend.

We organize exhibition matches and training sessions led by professional coaches and players from our academy. This activity serves mainly to promote squash throughout the country.
